About a month or so ago, my Canadian friend, Stephanie said, "for my birthday, I want to go go-cart racing."

Okayyy.  Some people go to Napa, some people have backyard keggers to celebrate turning 40,  Steph wanted to go racing.

Saturday night her and husband, Rodney, came over to pick us up and she was dressed in her birthday shoes, Chuck Taylor's.

Shiny and new.

We met up with some other friends at the local wing place.

She greeted long time friends.

Jennifer
and Chris.

We said "cheers to Stephanie."

Then, we were off to the races.

We raced and had a GREAT time!

Here she is, Canadian Speed Racer, in all her glory!

A few of her closest friends.

Happy 40 years, Steph!

Say goodbye to your eyesight and memory and hello to many more great times!

P.S.  She loves cupcakes too!
