_______
You've met "The Countess", Sheila, now meet her "Prince."
Does a Countess have a prince? Or is the correct title, a Count? I like prince. Count sounds like "Count Dracula", besides I'm just tired of hearing about vampires lately.
(Don't mind me, I'll try to focus.)
Back to this prince, Tim. Prince or Count, he is truly a nobleman. He is a giver. A giver of his time and his talents.
His talents? He has a mind like an engineer, so I am sure he uses words like logistics and schematics in his everyday life. In his everyday social life, they are his applications.
Take, for instance, camping. Camping with the prince is a lesson in planning, coordinating and strategy, not ours, his. Weeks before the camping trip he has sent out a spread sheet of what each family is to bring. Just bring what he has listed under your name, he has thought of everything. (And brings the U-Haul to back it up)
The menu, no problem.
Have you ever had Mongolian stir fry on a camping trip? Complete with wok? I didn't think so. Only under Tim's direction does this happen. I can't think past the hot dogs and s'mores! Heck, look at the breakfast menu. One of the options, omelet bar. Is this man for real?

He is the camping guru.
He is a social organizer extraordinaire.
He is the swami of tailgaters.
Camping talent shows come complete with strobe lights, microphones and trophies. Movie nights in the woods? You got it. He has the big screen and projector set up.
Did I mention the Power Point Presentation that is the finale to our camping experience? Perfectly mastered.
He is like no other.
His children have been the lucky recipients of his talents and generosity as well.
He once made a full size runway in his back yard for his fashionista daughter to practice walking on the cat walk a la Project Runway. I believe there was even a poster of Heidi Klum somewhere on the backdrop.
Hockey tournaments in "The Hood" for his son and friends will go down in the "Greatest Birthday's" Hall of Fame.
Another recipient of this "do gooder" is the Countess.
When she is the lone travel companion with their son, Tim sees to it that every detail of their trip is covered. He provides a laminated, itinerary binder for her benefit. Confirmation numbers to rental cars and hotels come with coupons at the touch of her finger. Restaurant options are accompanied by gift cards. Yes, you heard me right, gift cards.
Speaking of travel hockey... he took this blender, The Original Tailgator, to a tournament in Chicago. He made milk shakes in his hotel room for all of the kids!
You realize this is a gas powered blender. You start it up like a chainsaw! He really takes the time to make sure that WE are all happy in whatever social scene he has composed.
Making memories of good times, that's what he does.
So by all means, without further ado, let's get some photos uploaded...
"Say cheese, Tim"
We were in Colorado for a hockey trip and stopped in for wine tasting at my friend's wine store.
Okay, here's another:
Could he have "photobia", the fear of being photographed? (Okay, I made that one up)
Could he have "photobia", the fear of being photographed? (Okay, I made that one up)
Is he a DEA agent, maybe he's a spy...
Or maybe there are just "certain" moments where he is at ease and can open up to the camera.
Take a look...

You know, like I said he is a "giver" of good times!
A rare photo of Tim.
